Are any purchases final sale?
Standard products are final sale unless there is a manufacture defect. Customer will be asked to send photos of the defect and customer service will work with you to have the product replaced. We may ask you to ship the product back to us.
Does the toothbrush caddy work with all types of toothbrushes?
The toothbrush caddy works well with most toothbrushes. If you have a unique shaped toothbrush, please feel free to email us a photo before your purchase. Supports electric and regular toothbrushes, electric toothbrush heads, flat wood toothbrushes, Standard curved toothbrushes with rubber resistance. Smooth round toothbrushes without rubber resistance may slide off the home toothbrush caddy and are not recommended.
What is the return policy?
Providing our customers with product value and satisfaction is at the heart of our thinking. If the product is defective, send us an email with a picture of the full product, packaging and the defective area within 5 days of receiving the product.
